What is the International Appalachian Trail (IAT) Ulster-Ireland?

The International Appalachian Trail (IAT) Ulster-Ireland is a 279 mile long distance walking trail starting in West Donegal in the Republic of Ireland which continues into Northern Ireland passing through the Sperrins Mountains, the Causeway Coast and Glens of Antrim before it finishes in Larne in County Antrim.
