As part of the trail improvement work taking place across the 279 miles of the International Appalachian Trail Ulster-Ireland, councils have and are continuing to install new waymarkers and trailhead panels. The installation of these panels and waymarkers are not expected to disrupt those wishing to walk the trail. If you notice signage is missing or damaged, please notify your local council.
